Chris in finance was very helpful too. I’ve also used the service department for years and they do a great job. Overall this is a great place to buy and service your vehicles. I will only do business with John Watson from now on. They truly care about their customers and they are definitely one of the last dealers in the area with hometown values.

Worst service ever! Made an appointment for my 2010 corvette on Monday, dropped it off Saturday the 5th, come Thursday the 10th they hadn't touched it! Thing is...they knew xxx i was bringing it in for! From the receptionist to the repair reps...they are all rude as xxxx. Kept saying "well it is a 2010..." xxx does that mean? Acting like parts for it are rarer than rare! lol

I took my 2001 Corvette in for service last September.
I left it for a week, and when they still didn’t get to my vehicle by Saturday, I called to say that I was coming to pick up my car.
When I got there about an hour later, surprisingly, they had just gotten my vehicle in, and inspected it!
They could not tell me where my oil leak was coming from. They did not add dye.
They could not tell me what they would charge to repair my AC.

Worst Service Department in the State. Charged me $500 for a repair that did not fix my truck. I have taken it back several time and my truck has spent nearly 3 weeks in the shop. Still not fixed! I didn’t even make it out of their parking lot before I knew it wasn’t fixed. Service Advisor and Service Manager gives you the runaround and is full of excuses. Technician is incompetent. Andrue Hellstrom was an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but no pressure at all. Costco pricing experience was very easy and effective. All in all, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

We arrived to check out the Equinox and had a ton of questions. Andy Hellstrom greeted and helped to get all our questions answered and than some. He was very knowledgeable about the car, but what he didn't know right off, he researched and shared the info and resources. Even the Finance portion of the transaction was pleasant and quick thanks to Chris' knowledge and skills. This was by far was one of the easiest car purchases we have experienced. More than 500 miles from home, we realized we badly needed an oil change. Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John Watson Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah said that if we could arrive by 4 p.m., they would work us in. Arriving with four minutes to spare, we were provided peace of mind with not only the oil change but also a tire rotation. I really liked to go there they tried to helped the best they can. They tried to answer all the questions i had. I really recommend the dealer specially peter!
I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I was told they'd try to get it all done (with the recall repair), but that it would take a couple hours or more. I was happy to wait, but it was all completed in just a little over an hour. Incredible service for my car and superb customer service!!
We've bought our last several cars from here and have always had a great experience. I come here for all services as well because I trust them and it's cheaper than others.
We took my car in for the 50,000 mile service and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a quality service by people who care.

I purchased my new Silverado back in August. A very nice purchase experience. My salesman, Andy, was great to work with. I recently took my truck in for an oil change. The service writer was very courteous and friendly. The work was done completely and as asked in the specified amount of time.
I spent over $1000 on a recurring problem with my Chevy that the service department ultimately could not fix. After the 4th visit I asked for my money back and they told me no...even spoke with the general manager of the dealership who was zero help. I took my car to a random independent shop and they fixed it for $200. Do not use their service department!!
Our sales man peter was great to work with and not pushy who wanted the best for us. They were able to get us in and out on a late Saturday night. We couldn't have been any happier with the service we were given!
I feel from the first phone call with Bryan Hymas (in the service department) I was treated rudely and with disregard. When I told him the wires and plugs were covered by an internal recall memo; he blatantly stated there is no internal memo for that! Makes you feel like your being called a liar. I brought my Silverado in for an oil change appointment on Friday morning at 7:45. Once I arrived the service adviser notified me that there was a recall to reprogram the transfer case and that it would take 1/2 hour longer. I said that was fine. 10:15 am is when I finally left. Apparently they did the recall and then either forgot about my oil change or putt all other oil changes ahead of mine. I recently contacted their parts and service departments to get a part ordered and replaced on my car due to a factory recall. In addition to having the part replaced GMC was offering a gift card to those who completed to necessary replacement by Dec 31 2014. Therefore, my initial call to have the part ordered occurred early in November so as to provide adequate time for the part to arrive and to schedule a time to have the part installed by the December deadline.
